N.B. A £50.00 returnable cash deposit is required for each cylinder.
A cost-effective solution for customers looking to inflate a larger numbers of latex or foil balloons is our most popular N20 cylinder. It is 50% lighter than traditional cylinders and contains 33% more gas which is both safe and easy to use.
E.G. The base price of £129.00 includes one N20 gas refill, use of one 'snap-on' latex balloon adaptor, verbal instruction on use and up to 8 days cylinder rental.
Local delivery means within 5 miles of Falkirk, (Monday - Friday) and is £15.00 which includes return pick up. Cylinder trolley rental is £10.00 / month or part thereof.
Over 5 miles add an additional 0.75p per mile one way. Mileage is calculated from FK2 to your selected cylinder drop off post code. Additional cylinder rental is charged after the initial 8 day hire period at £10.00 per month or part month that your cylinder is retained.

By placing your order you agree to the Replacement Charges outlined below. In the event of a lost/damaged cylinder or inflator, or additional delivery/collection visits, you will be billed as follows: Lost, damaged or unreturnable cylinders are charged at £150.00. Lost or damaged inflators £30.00. Lost or damaged cylinder trolley £120.00. Additional delivery or collection visits / change of address £20.00 per occurrence. Amendments to order £10.00 administration fee. Additional Rental: £10.00 per month/part month applicable after the initial 8 day hire period.ORDERS FOR CYLINDERS NEED TO BE PLACED BY 10:00AM FOR NEXT-DAY DELIVERY. We endeavour to secure next-day delivery if required but cannot guarantee it.
We will send you a CYLINDER AUTHORITY FORM by e-mail which outlines the Booking details. This form must be signed and returned to us in order to complete your Booking. We are unable to deliver any helium gas to you without a completed CYLINDER AUTHORITY FORM.
All cylinders are supplied with an active-contents gauge so you can see how much gas is left and have built-in pressure regulators for safety and a lower operating pressure.
INFLATION GUIDE & ADVICE: With careful inflation cylinders should inflate the quantities of balloons indicated above. We recommend customers make a BALLOON SIZER prior to inflating balloons. Cut from a piece of cardboard a circle with either a 9,10,11, or 12" diameter depending on the size of balloons purchased. Inflate your balloons in the centre of this cut-out. When the balloon touches the sides of the cardboard template, cease inflating.
Inflation figures are approximate (Supplied by Air Priducts). Temperature, manufacture of balloon and inflation technique will affect the number of balloons inflated. We accept no liability for losses or shortages due to third party inflation.
